Workmaps was a physical 10-year calendar system designed to be mounted on walls for long-term visualization and planning.

The Concept

Most calendars show weeks or months. Workmaps showed an entire decade, helping people visualize long-term goals, life milestones, and the passage of time in a tangible way.

What We Learned

Physical products require inventory management, shipping logistics, and customer support that differ significantly from digital products. The margins were tighter than expected after accounting for production and fulfillment costs.
